I run a small portfolio of short-term rental properties on Airbnb and need a reliable Short-Term Rental VA / Airbnb Co-Host to jump in for a quick task covering guest communication and basic property management support.
What I need help with:
Responding to guest messages promptly (pre-booking, check-in, and during-stay questions)
Updating the calendar and checking for any booking conflicts across Airbnb/VRBO
Coordinating with the cleaning team for turnover scheduling (we use Turno)
Reviewing and replying to recent guest reviews professionally
Light PMS work in Hospitable (we currently manage bookings there)
Flagging any maintenance issues reported by guests
This is a short paid trial to see how you handle real guest situations before we discuss a longer-term ongoing role managing more of our portfolio (pricing, listing optimization, multi-channel management).
Ideal candidate:
Has prior experience as an Airbnb Co-Host or STR Virtual Assistant
Comfortable with fast guest response times (we aim for under 15 minutes)
Familiar with Hospitable, Guesty, or similar PMS tools
Understands Superhost standards and review management
Available across different time zones
