What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage weather-related property claims from start to finish, ensuring high service levels
• Clearly communicate coverage decisions and expectations to customers

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry practices, market pricing, and legal developments

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• State licensing where required and completion of applicable claims certification training
• 1-3 years of related claims handling or construction experience preferred
• General knowledge of insurance theory, practices, and contracts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction
