Job Description:

• Encode and label text/image data according to clear guidelines and taxonomies.
• Use AI tools to accelerate annotation while maintaining human-level accuracy.
• Proofread and normalize entries (grammar, style, metadata).
• Hit daily throughput targets without sacrificing quality (we measure both).
• Flag edge cases, suggest clarifications, and help improve labeling rubrics.
• Keep meticulous records of work done (batches, versions, timestamps).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in **data encoding/annotation** or adjacent ops roles.
• **Strong English** and keen eye for detail; comfortable with style guides.
• **AI-proficient** (e.g., ChatGPT and similar) and savvy with prompts/workflows.
• Spreheet fluency (Google Sheets/Excel); comfort with ticketing tools.
• Process-driven mindset: you follow the playbook, then help improve it.
• Reliability under tight timelines; you know how to ship accurately, fast.
