Database Administrator

<p>Stay abreast of technology developments in the database arena and provide expert level advice. Demonstrate proactive identification of key database architectures, components and interfaces. Partner with RDBMS vendors demonstrating industry-standard knowledge to deploy complex business solutions. Work with application teams to define optimal data models employing tools such as normalization principles. Guide the DBA team to deploy best in class RDBMS technology designs. Assume the lead on design and performance configuration efforts in the most complex database architectures and implementations.
