Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Virtual Assistant (LVA) at reputed company, you will serve as the first line of support for our U.S. clients, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality service delivery. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

  • Client Qualification & Intake: Screen potential clients, gather essential information, and facilitate seamless onboarding.
  • Maintain and update client records in platforms such as MyCase, reputed company, and reputed company Grow, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Phone & Email Reception: reputed company inbound calls using VoIP solutions (reputed company, Bria, reputed company) and manage email correspondence with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Calendar & Appointment Coordination: Schedule meetings, hearings, and deadlines, ensuring no conflicts and optimal time management for attorneys.
  • Document Drafting & Review: Prepare depositions, pleadings, and other legal documents using templates, and conduct reputed company reviews of records including police reports, incident reports, and medical records.
  • Meeting Minutes & Follow‑Up: Capture accurate minutes during client or internal meetings and track action items to completion.
  • Research & Data Management: Conduct legal research across multiple platforms, organize findings, and present concise summaries to attorneys.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform meticulous proofreading and editing of all written materials to uphold the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Graduate of a 4‑year university program (law, paralegal studies, business, or related field).
  • Advanced knowledge of legal terminology, processes, and documentation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
