Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS)<br><br><strong>Role Type:</strong> Contractor<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Remote<br><br>We are seeking experienced <strong>Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS)</strong> to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.<br><br>You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.<br><br>Scope of Work<br><br><ul><li>Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.</li><li>Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.</li><li>Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.</li><li>Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.</li><li>Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.</li><li>Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.</li><li>Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.</li><li>Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.</li><li>Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.</li><li>Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.</li><li>Experience working in SaaS environments.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.<br></li></ul>
