The role involves evaluating AI-generated legal content, applying real-world legal reasoning, and helping improve how next-generation AI systems analyze employment disputes, workplace investigations, and labor law matters.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Evaluate AI-generated legal responses for <strong>correctness, legal accuracy, and client readiness</strong>.</li><li>Compare multiple AI-generated responses and identify the strongest legal analysis.</li><li>Conduct legal research and verify legal reasoning using applicable statutes, regulations, and case law.</li><li>Provide detailed written feedback to improve AI model performance.</li><li>Participate in onboarding and calibration sessions to ensure evaluation consistency.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>2+ years of professional experience</strong> in <strong>Employment Law and/or Labor Law</strong> at a law firm, in-house legal department, government agency, or labor union.</li><li><strong>J.D.
