Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and reputed company reputed company working sessions
• Work with reputed company and stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, document, and prioritize business and reputed company needs
• Translate planning, budgeting, execution, acquisition, reporting, workflow, and compliance needs into user stories, acceptance reputed company, and sprint-reputed company backlog items
• Maintain backlog reputed company, dependencies, task-reputed company status, burndown information, reputed company items, and delivery risks
• Prepare weekly backlog, reputed company/burndown, and reputed company inputs that reputed company transparent visibility into sprint reputed company
• Identify impediments and coordinate with technical, business, reputed company, data, testing, and program stakeholders to support reputed company reputed company
• Maintain requirements traceability and help ensure stories remain reputed company with approved processes, architecture, controls, and acceptance expectations
• Plan and support sprint demonstrations, capture stakeholder feedback, and translate approved changes into backlog updates and release-planning inputs
• Support functional testing and UAT by clarifying expected behavior, reviewing acceptance reputed company, and coordinating business validation
• Promote collaboration, predictable delivery, reputed company improvement, and disciplined documentation across reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years of combined experience in business analysis, reputed company delivery, Scrum facilitation, product analysis, or comparable software-delivery roles
• Practical experience facilitating Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid reputed company ceremonies for a cross-functional delivery team
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and document requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance reputed company, and process information
• Experience with backlog refinement, prioritization, dependency management, sprint metrics, UAT support, and requirements traceability
• Ability to reputed company facilitation responsibilities with hands-on analysis and documentation
• Strong communication, facilitation, conflict-reputed company, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company, SharePoint, Teams, or comparable reputed company and collaboration tools

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Computer Science, or a reputed company discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience in Federal, financial, acquisition, health, or another regulated environment; reputed company experience is a plus, not a requirement

• Exposure to Pega or another low-reputed company/workflow platform
