The role focuses on designing and delivering Databricks solutions, leading end-to-end implementations, and providing client-facing consulting across cloud, data engineering, analytics, and modern data warehousing environments.

Design and deliver enterprise-scale data platforms and Databricks solutions
Skills
12–15+ years in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Data Analytics, and Modern Data Warehousing
10+ years of consulting/client-facing delivery experience
6–8+ successful Databricks implementations as Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect
Advanced Databricks certification
Strong cloud architecture experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Advanced Apache Spark expertise, including performance tuning and optimization
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, Structured Streaming, ETL/ELT
Strong knowledge of Unity Catalog, Workflows, MLflow, Delta Live Tables (DLT) and Lakehouse architecture
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins
Working knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, lifecycle management, and monitoring
Strong troubleshooting, architecture, scalability, performance, and cost-optimization skills
