Position Title: Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist
Compensation: Estimated Take Home: $75,000 - $115,000. $2250/mo base salary, plus significant performance-based, uncapped commission
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 9am - 6pm
Friday: 9am - 5pm
***Saturdays: Optional but a quick ~9am-12pm shift is highly recommended
Reports To: CEO/COO
Region/Area: Remote, must be US-based

What You'll Do:
Respond to and manage all inbound le, ensuring timely follow-up and closing opportunities.
Build rapport with potential sellers, understand their needs, and negotiate win-win solutions.
Use CRM software daily to manage your pipeline and track all sales activities.
Close contracts in a timely manner.
Attend meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
High energy, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to connect with diverse personalities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Docs, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to overcome objections to close deals effectively.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment and have a winner's attitude.
