Key Responsibilities
Perform clinical assessments and determine patient needs and appropriateness of care
Manage a patient caseload through our digital platform while maintaining consistent patient communication
Support positive clinical outcomes through patient engagement and evidence-based care
Deliver virtual physical therapy services for patients with lymphatic disorders
Complete documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and clinical records in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality and continuity of care
Develop and modify treatment plans based on ongoing patient assessment
Participate in required training and continuing education initiatives
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing
1–2 years of clinical experience treating patients with lymphatic disorders preferred
Strong technical proficiency and comfort navigating multiple platforms
Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high standards of care
