Advisory Consultant, Financial Edge NXT

Job Description:

Deliver customized prescriptive consulting to a diverse portfolio of Financial Edge NXT customers
Understand customer needs and craft roadmaps to adopt or expand functionality and achieve desired outcomes
Engage with customers throughout their engagement, from implementation through renewal
Support customers with new releases, business-process adjustments, new staff, and software value optimization
Partner with Sales, CSMs, and other services teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey
Shape new success-services offerings by sharing insights and expertise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Act as a subject matter expert on sales calls to expand Advisory+

Requirements:

5+ years of experience using, supporting, or consulting on Blackbaud Financial Edge (FE7 and FENXT)
Experience in multiple areas of accounting is encouraged
Comfortable engaging with key stakeholders and end-users
Experience with driving organizational change and making recommendations to customers
Keen attention to detail in understanding customer needs
Ability to successfully manage a portfolio of customers
Self-starter mindset with proactive management of customer deliverables with limited supervision
