About us
Party Action People is a Singapore-headquartered conference company. We produce B2B events where global finance meets crypto. Banks, payments networks, asset managers, fintechs and crypto-native builders come to our events to meet, learn and do deals.
We run our own event brands, co-produce with host partners, and produce events for clients: flagship summits, side events and private dinners.
Our events
- Close to 50 events across 11 cities since 2023.
- 10,000 attendees from 3,000+ companies.
- 64% of attendees are decision-makers, and 1 in 3 is a founder.
- 68% of our sponsors come back.
- 2027 calendar: New York in March, London and Paris in June, Hong Kong in September/October, Abu Dhabi in December.
We've grown almost entirely on relationships and word of mouth. We've never had a marketing engine. You're going to build one.

Since 2023 we've run close to 50 events across 11 cities, and we've grown almost entirely on relationships and word of mouth. We've never had a marketing engine. You're going to build one.
The role
You'll be our first senior marketing hire, and you'll own marketing end to end: strategy, execution, measurement and budget.
We've completed a detailed external audit of our marketing, data and tech. It tells us what to build. You'll turn it into a plan, then run the plan, for both delegate acquisition and sponsorship lead generation, across a portfolio of international events.
This is a hands-on role. For the first 6–9 months you'll work directly with the founders and do most of the work yourself. Once the engine is proven, you'll build the team under you. The path from there is full ownership of marketing-driven revenue.
You'll work closely with our social and community lead, who owns organic social and campaign coordination, and who will help you get fluent in crypto over your first year.
What you'll own
Our presence, everywhere
- How we appear on every surface from day one: websites, search, social profiles, event directories, ad platforms, email and partner listings.
- One standard across every event brand, down to the last pixel and the last date on the last listing.
Delegate acquisition
- A year-round campaign for each event, from save-the-date to post-event, built around production milestones: speaker reveals, agenda launch, price deadlines.
- Pricing phases, group rates and multi-event passes that pull registrations forward without discounting the product.
Sponsorship lead generation
- Marketing owns the top of the sponsor funnel: awareness, inbound enquiries, nurture, lead scoring and a clean hand-off to sales.
- The collateral that moves deals: prospectus, case studies, audience profiles, testimonials.
Paid media
- Launch and run paid from zero across Google (Search and Performance Max), LinkedIn and X, with tracking live before the first dollar goes out.
- Own the budget, bidding and creative rotation. Know cost per lead and cost per registration by channel, every week.
CRM, data and measurement
- HubSpot as our single source of truth: lifecycle stages, lists, workflows, lead scoring and reporting.
- Clean, enrich and segment our database, and keep it compliant across the US, UK, EU, Asia and the Middle East.
- GA4 and GTM set up so every registration and sponsor lead traces back to its source.
- Weekly reporting that tells the founders what happened, why, and what we do next.
Content, messaging and partnerships
- A messaging framework by audience segment and funnel stage.
- Turning our speakers, sessions and podcast into campaigns.
- Advocacy that turns speakers and sponsors into amplifiers, plus media and association partnerships.
Your first 6–9 months
- First 30 days: audit every surface we show up on. Get tracking and CRM foundations live. Learn the market.
- By month 3: HubSpot running as our system of record. First paid campaigns live and measured. Messaging and reporting cadence in place.
- By months 6–9: a full campaign cycle run for a flagship event, with channel-level acquisition costs and sponsor pipeline you can defend. Then we plan your team.
You'll know you're winning when
- Every registration and sponsor lead has a source.
- Sales spends its time closing, not sourcing.
- Paid spend scales because the numbers justify it.
- The founders read your weekly report and act on it.
- Nobody finds a typo before you do.
What you bring
- 5–8 years in B2B conference or events marketing, with full-funnel ownership of delegate and sponsor acquisition.
- Mastery of GA4 and GTM, HubSpot, Google , LinkedIn and X . Not familiarity: you've set them up, broken them and fixed them.
- A track record of designing campaigns and strategies, and of measuring conference and social growth, with numbers you can show us.
- An unreasonable eye for detail in design and copy. You build assets in Figma and write copy that doesn't need a second pass. (If you've read this far, start your 300-word note with the word "kerning".)
- AI in your daily workflow for research, analysis, copy, reporting and automation, and you can show us how.
- Self-drive. You set your own priorities, ship without being chased, and don't need a team around you to get things done.
- Management-level judgement with operator-level grit.
Nice to have
- Experience with Claude, especially Cowork.
- Exposure to crypto, fintech or financial services audiences. Not required. We'll get you there.
- Experience marketing a multi-city or multi-brand event portfolio.
- Experience with SEO and AEO, advocacy platforms and event-tech integrations.
The package
- Base salary: S$100,000–120,000 a year (≈ US$78,000–94,000).
- Year 2 onwards: Performance bonus tied to the revenue you drive.
- A path to full ownership of marketing revenue as we scale.
- Full-time employment through our Singapore entity.
- Fully remote. Set your own hours. The team runs on CET, and most timezones can work.
- 20–25 days annual leave.
