You will apply your commercial contracting expertise to review agreements, perform redlines, and provide legal analysis to help train and evaluate AI systems.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.</li><li>Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.</li><li>Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.</li><li>Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.</li><li>Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Contract Drafting</li><li>Technology Transactions</li><li>Contract Negotiation</li><li>Contract Redlining<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.</li><li>4+ years of transactional legal experience at a law firm or in-house.</li><li>Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection.</li><li>Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgment.</li><li>Experience in technology transactions is a plus.<br></li></ul>
