          Key Responsibilities

          As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for hirevault’s brand. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

          • Answering incoming calls and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
          • Scheduling appointments for members with meticulous data accuracy.
          • Maintaining clear, courteous, and professional communication—both written and verbal—across all interactions.
          • Identifying and escalating complex issues to supervisors while ensuring timely resolution.
          • Adapting quickly to evolving guidelines and best practices in a fast‑paced environment.
          • Educating clients on procedures, answering questions, and providing comprehensive information.
          • Consistently meeting or exceeding quality standards and performance metrics.

          Essential Qualifications

          • High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D. accepted).
          • Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment.
          • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
          • Proficiency in multitasking—simultaneously speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing.
          • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
          • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
          • Successful completion of a background check.
