Job Title
Responsible for the administration of nCino/Salesforce (bank commercial underwriting software) to ensure bank underwriting, lending policies, compliance policies, and credit quality are maintained while enhancing loan production and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor nCino performance and make needed update/changes to the system:
- To determine that the processes are properly functioning
- To determine that workflows and policies are followed
- To determine if placeholders are properly maintained
- To determine that the system is in compliance with regulations and policies
- Work issues and collaborate with business units to determine if additional information is needed to address problems and identify system concerns
- Report findings and recommendations to the team and assist in improving performance and job knowledge
- Prepare management reports and dashboards as needed
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- BS degree with a minimum of three to five years experience of nCino Platform
- Salesforce admin certification required
- Knowledge of credit terminology, financial analysis, forms, documents, legal requirements & bank policies and procedures
- Strong working knowledge of general banking software and Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Salesforce, Databases, and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively with department team members and other bank departments as needed
- Knowledge of lending policies & procedures
- Perform any other task relating to the lending function that might be requested by the department head
