Technical Writer- Expert (Remote)Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 12 Months with possible extensionThis position ensures that the client’s process to execute MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts and other agreements is well organized and efficient. They will work closely with client business le and partners to draft MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements. The contracts writer will proactively coordinate with client’s legal, privacy and security, finance, and procurement teams to ensure that all required information is provided, issues are addressed, and agreements satisfy the respective team’s requirements. The contracts writer will develop and maintain an organized repository of all client agreements and related documentation and collaborate with business le to ensure programs and services are in alignment with related agreements.Skill - Required/Desired - Amount - of ExperienceExtensive experience drafting and executing MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements - Required - 7 YearsFamiliarity with legal, privacy and security, finance, and procurement processes, preferably in the health IT sector - Required - 5 YearsExtensive experience maintaining organized document repositories in SharePoint - Required - 5 YearsFamiliarity with health IT programs and services, preferably related to interoperability and health information exchange - Required - 5 YearsFamiliarity with the administration of Medicaid Advance Planning Documents and other federal funding processes - Required - 3
