Job Description:

Develop and execute tactical sales approaches aligned with client and market needs
Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders
Identify, create, and respond to sales opportunities
Manage technical and commercial negotiations
Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns
Track market trends to identify and pursue opportunities
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures

Requirements:

University degree or equivalent professional qualification
8+ years of sales experience in AMS
Strong customer and industry relationships
Specialized selling experience in Application Modernization Services
Knowledge about the latest AI trends including Gen AI and agentic AI
Experience in international environments and multilingual capabilities are a plus
