Description:
* We are looking for a senior Ghost CMS developer to build a modern, high-performance digital magazine and member hub.
* We are migrating our content strategy away from WordPress/Divi to leverage Ghost’s speed, clean architecture, and native newsletter delivery.Our media model is structured around a 10-hour weekly workflow managed by our chief editor, built around three core content pillars:
* The Storyteller Hub: Standard articles, editorial posts, and embedded short-form interview clips.
* CPD ( Casino Party Dealers) Corner: A training center pulling in short-form video assets, custom graphics, and downloadable payout sheets.
*The Biz Hub: A secure, gated membership portal housing "Business in a Box" premium training modules, downlo, and monthly resources.
Key Responsibilities:Platform Setup & Configuration: Deploy a self-hosted Ghost instance or configure Ghost Pro. Cleanly set up a responsive, fast magazine-style theme tailored to our three content categories.
Membership Tiers & Gating: Configure Ghost’s native membership portal to lock down the premium "Biz Hub" section while keeping the editorial sections public.
Native Newsletter Integration: Set up the newsletter configurations so our editor can publish posts and instantly deliver beautiful email newsletters to segmented lists (Clients, Dealers, Operators) natively from the dashboard.
The "Hand-Off" & Training: This is a crucial requirement. You will conduct two recorded 1-on-1 video training sessions with our Editor to walk through her weekly workflow (publishing, embedding videos, formatting drops, and sending emails).
Requirements:Proven track record building and customizing Ghost CMS sites (please provide portfolio links).
Experience configuring Ghost memberships, access tiers, and email newsletter layouts.Exceptional communication skills and a passion for training non-technical team members.
