Graphic Design Consultant – Part-Time

Job Description:

Create high-quality digital and print assets that clearly and compellingly communicate Luminos’ mission and impact.
Ensure Luminos’ materials are consistently on-brand, visually polished, accessible, and effective in advancing our storytelling and organizational presence.
Help design reports, proposals, concept notes, and other publications in Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign.
Create social media graphics, including short animations and videos, carousel graphics, and data visualizations.
Format PowerPoint presentations in Luminos-branded templates.
Design printed collateral for events, such as postcards, flyers, banners, and signage.
Support fast turnaround design needs while maintaining strong attention to detail, brand consistency, and accessibility.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional design experience, ideally including both print and digital design.
Fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Deep experience with formatting and producing materials in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
Impeccable attention to detail, including the ability to spot typos, inconsistencies, and formatting issues.
Proven organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
