To excel in this role, you'll need at least two years of hands-on pharmacy technician experience and a current pharmacy technician license in the state of employment. Responsibilities:
Review and process pharmaceutical claims to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Update patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy regulations and guidelines.
Monitor prescription orders for completeness and accuracy.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in training and developing pharmacy technicians.
Troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions.
Maintain pharmacy inventory and order supplies as needed.
