Job Description Job Description Job Title: Structures Technician Department: Structures Reports To: Structures Lead Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Read and interpret all maintenance instructions, such as AMMs, SRMs, IPCs, EAs, routine Task cards, etc., as applicable. 2. Troubleshoot and repair discrepancies as necessary, ensuring that all work is performed and documented in accordance with Kalitta Air and FAA requirements. 3. Follow all Kalitta Air and FAA policies and procedures. 4. Keep a neat and clean work area at all times. 5. Accomplish any other duties as assigned by the Lead, Supervisor, or Project Manager. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty Satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or Ability required. Must be able to travel, work overtime, weekends & days off. Must possess a valid FAA Airframe license. Education and/or Experience: High school graduate; some college and/or technical school desirable. Language skills: Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to give verbal and written direction to assigned staff.
