Applicants must meet all of the following requirements: - Hold an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license and 2+ years of prescribing experience - Active DEA and individual NPI number - Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application - Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willing to obtain one (depending on state requirements) - Reliable internet connection - Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage amount required is $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate - Note: Talkspace psychiatric providers only work with patients in the state(s) where they are licensed To expedite the application process, please have your clinical licensure number(s), proof of malpractice insurance, DEA, NPI & CAQH number(s), a government-issued ID, and a resume ready.
