I am looking for a articulate, professional interviewer to join me for a recurring 2-hour recorded video session once a month over Zoom or Riverside.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON THE ROLE:
You are strictly acting as an off-camera interviewer/conversation guide. I prepare the entire topic outline, deep-dive research, and specific question stack before every session. You do NOT need to pitch topics, write scripts, edit videos, or manage production. Your job is simply to ask the prepared questions clearly, maintain a smooth pace, and prompt natural follow-ups as needed. You will NOT appear on camera.
Core Topics We Cover:
• Commercial Real Estate (CRE): Debt maturities/CMBS walls, asset underwriting, hotel strategies, and cap rate dynamics.
• Physical AI & Robotics: Deployed embodied AI, spatial computing, IoT retrofits, and automation economics in physical assets.
• Macroeconomics & Private Credit: Liquidity, interest rate cycles, and institutional capital allocation.
What You Will Do:
• Review the provided question stack and topic outline prior to the call (approx. 15–30 mins prep).
• Conduct a structured 2-hour live recording session over Zoom/Riverside once a month, reading/asking questions clearly to draw out my responses.
• Keep the conversation flowing naturally while ensuring we hit all key discussion points within the allotted time.
Requirements:
• Clear, articulate English speaking voice and confident delivery.
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet background setup with a high-quality microphone for clean audio recording.
• Comfortable pronouncing financial, macroeconomic, and technical terms smoothly (e.g., CMBS, cap rates, physical AI, NAV/DPI).
• Professional, supportive, and efficient demeanor.
