Packaging Sales Representative

Job Description:

Develop new and existing end-user customers for packaging solutions
Develop opportunities with multi-location end users in Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and e-fulfillment markets
Collaborate with packaging sales teams, inside sales resources, end users, and channel partners
Determine sales goals and use resources and tactics to exceed sales objectives
Maintain relationships with key personnel at multiple buying-process levels
Generate le for new business
Provide input on short- and long-term growth targets aligned with business plans and strategies
Increase territory and account penetration
Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards
Contribute to Environmental Health and Safety culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Three (3) years of field sales experience independently managing a specified territory
Current, valid driver’s license
Experience within the packaging industry working through distribution (additional qualification)
Master’s degree in Business or Sales Development (additional qualification)
Five (5) years of professional field sales experience and collaboration responsibilities (additional qualification)
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
May include up to 50% domestic travel
